State License: Sura College is a private institution, which is licensed by the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education (AZPPSE) institution

State Authorization: Sura College is approved as a State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) participating institution by the Arizona SARA Council. Participation in SARA allows Sura College to offer distance education programs and activities in SARA member states, subject to applicable state and program-specific requirements.
